Freshness Burger

Classic Burger

The big-patty Classic without the cheese. Salt and pepper on the meat, soft green leaf lettuce, sweet grilled onions, ketchup and mustard. It is simple on purpose, so the beef does the talking. A good choice if red cheddar sounds like too much.

    About Freshness Burger

    • Japan
    • Since 1992
    • $$

The first Freshness Burger opened in December 1992 in Tomigaya, a quiet corner of Shibuya in Tokyo. It was pitched as the opposite of a noisy fast-food counter: a burger café where adults could sit down and relax over a coffee, which is still how the company describes itself.

Around two hundred restaurants, almost all in Japan.
