Skinnyburger

Despite the name, it is two patties, just without the bun: the beef and your choice of toppings served on their own. It is Fatburger’s low-carb option, and a slightly ironic one for a chain with “fat” in its name. Load it with lettuce, tomato and cheese and it holds up well.
