Shack Stack

    Two burgers wearing one bun. A cheeseburger and a fried, cheese-filled portobello are stacked together with lettuce, tomato and ShackSauce, and the result is tall, rich and ridiculous. It is a dare more than a lunch. Cut it in half before you start, or the molten cheese from the mushroom will end up on your shirt.
