Smoky Mountain BBQ Sandwich
Part of a short-lived 2019 barbecue line in the US: crispy chicken with a thick, smoky barbecue sauce and pickles. It leaned on sweet smoke rather than heat and felt more like something from a Southern roadside stand than a fast-food chain. Gone quickly, but a good template for a home version.
