Spicy Chicken Sandwich
The same crispy fillet and brioche bun with the mayo swapped for a spicy sauce. The heat is creamy and moderate rather than fiery, enough to wake up the chicken without drowning it. If the classic seems a bit plain, this is the better sandwich.
