KFC in India swapped the chicken for paneer and kept everything else that makes a Zinger work: the spicy, crunchy coating, lettuce, tomato and a creamy sauce. Paneer holds its shape when fried and soaks up the spice, so this is not a sad vegetarian substitute but a burger that stands on its own.
