Braum’s everyday burger: a sixth-of-a-pound beef patty with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, Braum’s sauce and mayo on a sesame seed bun baked in the company’s own bakery. Add cheese and it becomes the cheeseburger. It is a modest-sized, fresh-tasting burger that leaves room for the real reason many people come: the ice cream.
