Bob’s chicken sandwich: two strips of chicken breast marinated in lemon pepper and breaded, with processed cheese, green mayonnaise and lettuce on a sesame bun. The lemon pepper gives the chicken a bright, peppery flavour, and the herby green mayo is a Brazilian touch. A lighter choice than the beef doubles. A smaller Jr. version also exists.

About Bob's
Bob’s is the only burger chain on this site founded by a Wimbledon champion. Bob Falkenburg, an American tennis player who won Wimbledon in 1948, moved to Brazil and opened a small snack bar in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, in 1952, bringing American-style burgers and milkshakes to a country that had never seen fast food. It was Brazil’s first fast-food chain.
