Teriyaki McBurger

A long-running Japanese favourite built on the most Japanese fast-food combination there is: glossy sweet teriyaki sauce and a lot of mayonnaise. The patty in Japan is pork, and the sauce runs everywhere the moment you bite. It is sugary, rich and far better than it sounds. My copycat uses beef, which makes it heartier and a little less authentic.
