Agadir
An Israeli burger-bar chain grinding its beef fresh in every branch since 1997, open late into the night.
About Agadir
Agadir has been grinding its own beef fresh in its restaurants every day since 1997. The restaurants are bars as much as burger joints, with cocktails, a late-night menu served from half past eleven, and a food truck for events.
The group also runs a kosher version, Agadir Kosher, and a sister burger brand called 110 Burger, and expands through franchisees. Burgers can be served on a home-style bun, a wholewheat or gluten-free bun, a keto bun or wrapped in lettuce.
The classic burgers are sold by weight, from the 160-gram Junior to the 220-gram Maxi and the 330-gram Agadir, all with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and special sauce. The more unusual choices include a burger smoked over red-wine barrel chips and a beef-and-lamb burger with preserved lemon, and a newer smash-burger range runs alongside.
Burger bars across Israel, including a kosher line, some of them franchised.
