About Killer Burger

Thomas “TJ” Southard started Killer Burger in Portland, Oregon, and it became one of the city’s favourite burger spots, winning Willamette Week’s Best Burger readers’ poll in 2022. It spread through Oregon, Washington and Idaho, into the arenas where the Trail Blazers and Timbers play, and in 2024 to Texas.

The style is loud: burger names like Mötley Qüe and bacon on almost every burger. Nearly all of them come with the house sauce and grilled onions, and the menu does not shy away from odd pairings, the most famous being peanut butter, pickles and bacon.

Around twenty restaurants in Oregon, Washington and Idaho, including the Moda Center and Providence Park, plus a few in Texas.
