About Bobby's Burgers

Celebrity chef Bobby Flay opened the first Bobby’s Burger Palace at the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, New Jersey, in 2006. It spread along the East Coast and later to Miami, Cincinnati and the Las Vegas Strip, but most locations closed during the pandemic.

In 2021 Flay relaunched it as Bobby’s Burgers, with a shorter menu of what he called the greatest hits. The trademark move survived the rebrand: you can “crunchify” a burger, which means adding a layer of potato chips inside the bun. It sounds like a gimmick, and it is also genuinely good.

About a dozen restaurants in the US, several of them in casinos, with plans for Canada.

Signature burgers first. Only burgers and sandwiches, no sides.
