About Max the Meat Guy

Max the Meat Guy, Max Greb, is a meat-focused creator who made his name on short videos about dry-aging, grilling and big cuts, and then found a format all his own: Car Cooking. He parks outside a fast-food restaurant, sets up a stove in the car and tries to beat the chain’s signature item on the spot.

That series produced some of the most-watched burger shorts on YouTube. A sleepover at Wendy’s to take on the Baconator, a Filet-O-Fish cooked in a McDonald’s parking lot, a Big Mac with two all-wagyu patties, and a later A5 wagyu Big Mac made during what he called a beef heist in a Ferrari. Beyond the car there are wagyu tartare burgers, dry-aged wagyu ribeye ground for a burger, triple-decker burgers mixing beef, lamb and venison, and exotic-meat Big Macs judged by experts.

His long videos go wide: every frozen burger in America ranked, every burger in America from fast food to fine dining, and a challenge where eleven YouTube chefs compete for the best burger. He often cooks with Guga, and the two call themselves the meat brothers.
