About Pro Home Cooks

Pro Home Cooks is the channel of Mike Greenfield, a home cook who teaches techniques that make everyday cooking better, from homemade buns and condiments to fermentation. It began in the early 2010s as the channel of Brothers Green Eats, which he ran with his brother Josh and which also made a series for MTV.

The burger videos cover both eras. The early years brought fast-food clones of Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich, the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and the Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger, a White Castle clone with HellthyJunkFood, a ramen burger hack, a dirty breakfast burger with maple ketchup and jalapeño bacon cream cheese, a falafel slider and a Chinatown burger with four meats. Later videos grind short rib, tri tip and chuck for a once-a-year burger with homemade buns and condiments, test the Impossible Burger with brioche buns and a burger sauce, and try the most extreme burgers on TikTok.
