About Mark Wiens

Mark Wiens is an American food and travel vlogger based in Bangkok, known for his enthusiasm, his big first bites and long, detailed food tours with every place and price listed in the description. His channel covers street food across Asia, Africa and the Middle East as much as America, which gives his burger videos an unusually wide range.

In the United States he compared In-N-Out and Five Guys back to back in one of his most-watched videos, ate the Double Shack at Shake Shack in New York, visited Louis’ Lunch in New Haven for the world’s first hamburger, toured Chicago from Billy Goat Tavern to a burger rated among America’s best, tried three celebrity burger restaurants in Las Vegas and ate a lobster burger in Maine. Abroad, he ate the bun kebab of Karachi for about 22 cents, an omelette-wrapped street burger in Hat Yai, an 11-pound burger and a burger tour in Bangkok, a gas station burger in Copenhagen, a bogan burger in Melbourne and a yak burger in Bhutan.
