Internet Shaquille
Short, opinionated home cooking with jokes, including a burger that takes four hours.
About Internet Shaquille
Internet Shaquille is a home cooking channel known for short, fast-talking videos that mix practical advice with a lot of jokes. The recipes are aimed at people cooking for themselves, and the host is happy to argue against whatever the internet has decided is correct this year.
His burger videos show both sides of that. A 2017 two-parter builds the most labour-intensive patty he could think of, drawing on Heston Blumenthal’s research, and follows it with the Fat Elvis, a cheeseburger with peanut butter, banana and bacon. In 2022 he made the case for the big half-pound burger over the smash burger when cooking for one. There is also a parody of luxury burger hacks, a McChicken upgrade and a short film about a family that spends Christmas at Sonic.
