HellthyJunkFood is the channel of JP and his wife Julia, who have spent more than a decade recreating fast food at home, usually bigger, stranger or spicier than the original. The name is the joke: junk food made from scratch, with a wink at the calories. Later videos turned to food hacks and ordering tricks at the drive-through, and JP published a food hacks book.

Burgers are their most-watched subject. They built a giant Big Mac, a giant McChicken and a 30-pound Baconator with How To Cake It, stuffed a Baconator inside a Baconator, stacked an In-N-Out 6x6 Animal Style and put the world’s hottest pepper into a Whopper. They made DIY White Castle sliders, Whataburger’s patty melt, Burger King’s black bun Halloween Whopper, KFC Double Down variations from Asia and the Popeyes chicken sandwich. They also eat: 24 hours of fast-food cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches and fish sandwiches ranked, every burger at IHOb, Whataburger and In-N-Out as East Coasters, and the Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas.
