Food Fusion

Food Fusion is a Pakistani recipe channel that became one of the most-watched in South Asia with short, tightly edited videos, the ingredients captioned on screen in Urdu and English and the full written recipe on its website. Each video ends with the channel’s catchphrase, “aray waah”.

Burgers are a big part of the catalogue, mostly chicken and mostly built for home kitchens in Pakistan. The spicy crispy chicken burger and a crispy chicken burger pitched as better than a Zinger are its most-watched, followed by Nashville hot, Korean crispy and katsu chicken burgers, a chicken chapli burger with pomegranate seeds, pulled chicken, a double melt chicken cheese burger and make-and-freeze chicken patties. Beef burgers include a burger with Fusion sauce for Eid, a double patty BBQ burger, classic and Eid smash burgers and a spicy cheese tawa burger, and there are pizza burgers, a deep-fried burger, a breakfast burger, several kinds of sliders and homemade slider buns.
