CZN Burak

CZN Burak is the Turkish chef Burak Özdemir, whose restaurants in Istanbul and Dubai became famous through short videos of him cooking enormous dishes while smiling straight into the camera. The shorts have almost no talking: a giant tray of kebab, a whole lamb or a towering burger is built in about a minute, then shared with guests, children or celebrities.

Burgers are among his most-watched clips, several of them viewed well over a hundred million times. He builds oversized burgers stacked with many patties, cheese, onion rings, lettuce and tomato on giant buns, jokingly calls them diet burgers and serves them with piles of fries at his restaurants, including one at the Vadi Istanbul mall. Guests have included the Dagestani blogger Hasbulla. There is also a longer 2020 video in Turkish in which he makes a giant burger and explains what happens to the food after filming.
