About Cooking With Jack Show

Jack Scalfani started the Cooking With Jack Show in 2007, which makes it one of the oldest cooking channels on YouTube. He cooks at home in a relaxed, talk-to-the-camera style, sells his own sauces including a teriyaki, and runs several other shows and courses for people who want to make money on YouTube.

His burger videos span fifteen years. There are recipe burgers with the recipe in the description, from a Jack Daniel’s burger with caramelised onions and Colby to a Mexican burger with chorizo and chipotle ketchup, an Italian burger, an Asian burger, a crispy cheddar frico burger and a triple bacon cheeseburger. There are tests too, from the ice water trick to the Big City Slider Station gadget, and a 2012 comparison of the Big Mac, the Carl’s Jr. six-dollar burger and the Baconator.

In 2019 he and his friend Mitch drove the Burger Wars Tour through the South, scoring burger joints in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Tennessee on bun, doneness, toppings, fries, service, value and cleanliness.
