About Bharatz Kitchen

Bharatz Kitchen is an Indian cooking channel run by chef Bharat Wadhwa, known for detailed, technically minded recipes that often explain the science and the exact ingredients behind restaurant food. It was one of the first Indian channels to take apart McDonald’s India menu at home.

His three McDonald’s copycats from 2014 and 2015 remain among his most-watched videos: the McVeggie with a patty of rice flakes and vegetables seasoned with garlic, turmeric, mango powder, cumin and paprika, the McAloo Tikki, one of the most iconic burgers sold in India, and a Filet-O-Fish coated in cornmeal and ground panko.
