BeardMeatsFood is the channel of Adam Moran, a bearded British competitive eater who travels to restaurants that offer eating challenges and tries to beat them on camera. His videos follow a steady rhythm: the story of the place, the rules and the price, the arrival of the food, a mid-meal update and the result, often with a record time, a plaque on the wall or prize money.
Giant burgers are the core of his work. He has taken on the 20,000-calorie Octuple Bypass at the Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas, the Graveyard Burger in Schenectady that has beaten more than 500 people, Big Jud’s in Boise from Man v. Food, a Route 66 diner in Arizona, Sickies Garage in Las Vegas and a twin burger tower in Florida. His European road trips have taken him to burger challenges in Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Austria, France and Scotland, and back home to twelve burgers in six minutes.
