Ballistic BBQ is a backyard cooking channel that has been posting burger videos since the early days of YouTube, and it is one of the best libraries of restaurant burger clones anywhere. Most of it is cooked outdoors, on a Weber kettle or on a flat-top griddle set over the grill, with a steady, practical voice explaining each step.

The copycat list is long and specific: Five Guys, the Big Mac, White Castle sliders, In-N-Out’s Double-Double and Animal Style, the Whopper with cheese, McDonald’s Big N’ Tasty, Whataburger’s Double Double, Tommy’s chili cheeseburger, Shake Shack, Umami Burger, Red Robin’s Burnin’ Love, Slater’s 50/50’s Fritos burger, the Fuddruckers Hangover Burger and even Burger King Japan’s black Kuro burger. The channel also claims its 2012 Smashburger clone as the first smash burger video uploaded to YouTube.
