Almazan Kitchen

Almazan Kitchen is a Serbian channel that helped define outdoor ASMR cooking. There is no talking: a hooded cook works at a wooden table in the forest, by a river or in the snow, chopping with a large cleaver and cooking over an open fire, and the sound of the knife, the fire and the food does the rest. Ingredients appear as on-screen captions, and most of the bread, cheese and sauces are made from scratch.

Burgers are among its most-watched videos. The Serbian pljeskavica, fermented and cooked over coals, reached millions, as did a black mamba burger with a naturally blackened bun, a fried cheese burger with buffalo meat, a two-part Big Mac made from scratch outdoors and a chanterelle and kajmak double cheeseburger. There are copycats of the McChicken, the KFC Double Down, the Zinger and the Filet-O-Fish, Carolina Reaper burgers that claim to be the hottest in the world, a 24-carat gold burger dedicated to PewDiePie and a 20-pound burger wrapped in caul fat.
